I am sure that the Hooded jackets they were made mach more earlier than that ,I Remember the Shepherds in my Native Country they were wearing a long Hooded jackets in the winter and rainy days made from the Goats Hair Knitted and Waterproof and the Older people told us that those Jackets have been made Since Ancient times
