An interesting read. But, I doubt that #3. Normalizes weight is a realistic photo to use. For many women it is aspitational at best. Or should I say at worst?
I've not long started doing Ashtanga Yoga with a qualified teacher. Before this i was learning Yin Yoga with someone who only taught it at a gym.Im not 100% sure if they were/are professionally qualified to teach?,though they've been practising/doing yoga for 23yrs.
I'm learning the difference between Yin & Ashtanga Yoga is not just the poses but the movements, Ashtanga has more movement & stretch.
