South Africa is a bad choice to use as there are multiple capitals depending on the context and Cape Town is one of them. Indonesia is in the process of relocating their capital city away from Jakarta, so that answer should change in the next few years.

South Africa has three capitals. Pretoria - seat of the government, Cape Town - seat of the legislature and Johannesburg - seat of the Supreme Court. If only one is to be chosen, it should be Pretoria.
